Persona¶

A Persona is a concrete representation of a user or actor whose needs anchor the entire Value Chain in a Wardley Map. Every component on the map exists only because it serves a need that traces back up to a Persona, making it the starting point for identifying what actually matters and ensuring that strategic decisions about what to build, buy, or drop remain tied to actual user needs rather than internal assumptions.
