Value Chain
Value Chain¶
A Value Chain is an ordered sequence of components that represents how value flows from underlying infrastructure to the end user, with each component depending on those below it. In Wardley Mapping, the chain is drawn vertically so that the most visible components sit at the top near the user and supporting components descend toward invisibility, making dependencies explicit and enabling teams to reason about where differentiation and investment actually matter.
