Doctrine
Doctrine¶
Doctrine is the set of universal principles in Wardley Mapping that apply to any organization regardless of context, covering practices such as transparency, thinking small in terms of teams, and removing duplication. Grouped into four phases of organizational maturity, Doctrine gives teams a structured way to assess where their organization currently stands and identify which principles to adopt next in order to move toward a more adaptive and effective way of working.
