Climate
Climate¶
In Wardley Mapping, Climate describes the environmental forces acting on a landscape: patterns such as the inevitable commoditization of components, new entrants disrupting existing positions, or regulatory shifts that reshape competitive dynamics. Reading Climate correctly is what separates reactive organizations from those that position themselves ahead of change, because it turns a static map into a living forecast of where things are heading.
